the most difficult course in the country is Erin Hills just look at the course rating. the course can be set up to 8300yrds, but normally plays 7820+ from the back tees
@Ryanpusslover You know how most ppl that belong to a country club with its pampered greens and lush fairways dont know a 3 wood from a dogwood?...same thing here..Pine Valley has been declaired the best course in america..so those that think they deserve the best want to play it even though if u have a handicap over 10 u have no buisness there..

But if you go by world-renown expert Eaglesman12 , it's "not the best."
@soprano33 Go there on Monday morning ready to play. Then proceed with confidence towards the armed guard in his tiny shack giving a little nod, tip of the cap or wave as you walk past. Then just keep going to the first tee and you'll be home free. Thats what I did. The hard part is finding directions... hahahah
