First, you need to beat Spyman so you can get his Sap Shot. Then you can go and shoot the giant Sentry Engieman makes when you fight him until it's disabled. Engieman will jump down and try to fix it. That's when you shoot him until he fixes the Sentry and jumps back up. Keep doing that til he's defeated. Also, make sure you disable it fast, because Engie will start healing himself with his dispenser when he's 35% dead.
