This is a recording Ceilidh Band, and yes there are no dancers apparent here because often the dancer sit out a set. The other video on this site has dancers in it.
These clips are fairly old and Keiran Hanrahan does not look like he appears here, a grey ould man but still picks the fire out of that Banjo!
