    The drive sprockets are made from 1/2 inch PVC plastic. The drive lugs on the track blocks are covered in poly sprinkler pipe. The thought being that similar materials will wear at the same rate and one won't cut into the other. As for the math to create the sprocket. That's a little more complicated.

  • did you use the 110cc ATV engine 3 speeds w/reverse semi automatic in this tank ? .. I would not have thought there would be enough power. how do you find the power.

    Yes I did. It's a little low on power. In first gear it turn fine but slow. In 3rd gear it's fast enough but it wont turn.

    So Thats why I want to step up to a 200cc.

    Plus you need an engine with sound... This one sounds like an crazy SMART two- four in a tank. Hahaha
