  • most videos on youtube you see this guys leaning on a nearly 45 INCLINE bench doing an incline dumbell press with a twist to handle more weight, by making it easier for themselves, FAIL!

    this is a great exercise but when i do it at the gym the guys are just looking at me and thinking : WTF IS HE DOIN?!?!?! and then trying to do the same exercise but totaly FAIL ..

  • Depends on who you ask. I'm big into being as realistic as possible and how often do you lift something outside of the gym while seated? I prefer to do everything that I can standing since it engages many more muscles related to stability.

  • thats one way to look at it, OR you can look at it like sitting isolates the muscles youre trying to train, in this case, the delts

    I agree, everyone else just presses the weight up...arnold said it's half lateral raise and half press. I'm still trying to find a video of arnold doing it

  • Nice! Då jag blivit visad arnoldpressar har de INTE sett ut sådär. Har också kört dom helt fel. Så som du kör blir dom säkert en mycket bättre och mer fullständig axelövning. Bitter bättre på HELA deltamuskeln än de flesta andra axelpressar, eller?

  • its what I was thinkin..I also make a 90°angles with both arms and I start putting the weights up,then I put them in front of my eyes with a 90°angle and that's the negative part of the exercize,not when you put them up like this guy.

  • i think arnold would be more interested in form then weight...you have the motion right alot of people only do them half ass...then arnold would have to slap them like a girly man...
