Oh and by the way... After that kiss I sang this song to her. We never married, she eventually got married, I never did. Its been 25 years since that first kiss, and still we are friends. She is in Chicago, I am in Washington D.C and we still see each other once a year, text alot, and talk on the phone occasionally. I rarely tell anyone this, but since you posted this song I thought I would tell you about why it means so much to me. :O)

Good job girls!!!!! I couldn't find an original version with lyrics, until I saw yours. At the age of 18 I fell in love with a girl 16 (Kim). We went on a few dates before I kissed her for the first time. We were in my '76' Chevette, it was night time, I remember how beautiful she looked and I could not help but stare at every inch of her beautiful face. I leaned over toward her with alot of fear. I wanted to remember our first kiss. I closed my eyes and kissed her. My heart melted. Txs again.
