The 850 has an extra 150 hp avaialble after the gear and flaps are retracted. I have no idea who filmed this video, but thank you.
My apologies. I originally was not sure which model this is, so I used the FAA "N-Number Inquiry". It listed the model as "TBM 700". I did not realize that this is still considered a variant of the 700 and that 850 is simply the production name. The manufactured year is listed as 2008, indicating that this definitely is a TBM 850.
Why are the wing tip strobes on? Is there not a red flashing beacon on this airplane?
