Not sure if you noticed the walk/run toggle thing yet, but I get the same thing. I use shift as my talk key in ventrilo and I noticed that if I'm holding that key on a loading screen, it then switches my toggle on the next cell. Hope that helped!

It's a shame you can't do much with the instruments, but there's a mod that lets you use flutes and lutes as melee weapons!

Gix, for your walk key you should use CAPS LOCK. That's maybe why sometime it's inverted. Because CAPS Lock is the toggle walk/run. I hope you will understand, im quite bad in english language ^^

Hey Gix I recently made a discover I think stolen property goes back to the owners of the items because in Riften I stole some enchanted armor and was later caught and the loot reappeared when I was pickpocketing the shop owner right after :) However that may because they were not in a container and were in the free world. Also to anyone else who reads this I would love to hear if anyone has the same experience. Also are you planing to continue daggerfall? Are you ending it or saving it for subs

In about 180 Morrowind videos, of an average duration of 15 minutes per video (some are 5-7 mins, and some are over 40 minutes) (180 * 15 = 2700 mins = 45 hours) he's level 4 or so, and didn't do really much in the main quest line :D

Buuut, that's why we love Gix : No hurry, he just enjoys the game :D

About the shift/alt keys...

I rebound my keys so shift is run, and alt is, well, alternate. I use caps lock to toggle between running and walking, and use alt to temporarily change my speed.

After I visited Riverwood, and a bunch of southern locales, I discovered and explored Falkreath. There was this one insane quest I ended up in thanks to Falkreath, and it was both a pleasant and ridiculous surprise. Good silly memories I tell you what. At the same time, I didn't check out many of the quests at all for Falkreath.

I thought fishing was hilarious my first time I hopped into the "scary water" and caught a few random fish, later, I was chasing butterflies. XP

Gix, the reason why sometimes shift is walk and other times run is because you might have accidentally hit the caps lock key. Caps lock toggles run and walk and holding shift does the opposite of what is toggled. It's been in all Bethesda games since Morrowind I think.

Just a hint Gix, the Lockpicking perks are a waste. Lockpicking is relatively easy and getting lockpicks is really easy too. Just my opinion.
