So I saw your video and LOVE the way the exhaust sounds. I just got a 2011 ram with the stock dual exhaust. Did you just swap out the mufflers? Or did you add more? Also, if you did add a muffler which one was it?

Thanks. If you go under your truck, you will see a rounds muffler where the two dual come out of. That has been eliminated and replaced with a bolt on "Y" pipe. You can get the muffler delete y pipe from "Mufflex" Just google them and look through their products. I believe they charge 200.

just out of curiosity does this have the resonator on the back end of the exaust or was it deleted also.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I think this is the best solution between loud and quiet. If you are going to get a ram and you want to use this y-pipe, make sure you get an SLT with the dual exhaust.

I've noticed a little dop in the bottom end but a signigicant gain in the middle and top of the power band.

Well I have the 14" and it just isn't aggressive enough so I ordered the DODM80

Unless they can prove this delete cause the problem...it can't void the warranty.

Any leaks and did it all fit well without modification?

I heard there were some issues with the 14" clamps

It fit perfectly....There was a little gap in one of the sides, but a little steel wool took care of it. Aperantly it's fixed now....

I would definitly buy it again. My friend has the DOD14, and we find that it's just not loud enough. I am totally satisfied with the permonace of the muffler delete.

The drone is only intrusive when going around 40 mph. At highhway speeds between 65-75 mph, you can't hear the MDS or the drone in the cabin.

The MDS works well with the exhaust. You can really hear it kick in only at slower speeds (i.e. city traffic driving) other than that.............it's really quite insode the cab.

Sounds great. I like how it doesn't crack and pop. It's hard to believe that it doesn't have any mufflers. AWESOME TRUCK!
