  • Where in town is this siren located?

  • NICCEEE i love the creepy whir when it starts up. Sooo ominous. LOVE FUCKIN T-BOLTS!!!

  • That's terminal 6, 7 is one step higher at around 230VAC.

  • The "junk" Ur referring to is the T-125, & the 1003 is still there.

  • T-125? You mean the T-128? If you're talking about the ASC Tempest sirens, there's no such thing as a T-125.

  • yeah thanks I ment to say that naturally.

  • Lol that's no problem, I was just a little confused about that for a second.

  • :)) geez that was a fast respose

  • umm actually yeah there is i have a friend that works for american signal company and they make those kind of sirens

  • I'm a dealer for American Signal, and there's not, nor was there ever to my knowledge, such a thing as a T-125. There are only four Tempest sirens, and those are the

    T-112, T-121, T-128, and T-135 AC/DC.

  • That must be on Chopper level 5.

  • Do they use the Hi-lo tone on this 1003?

  • technically it can, but they probly dont test that one nemore. r u refering to the hi-lo or the attack mode?

  • Did you report the broken rotator yet?

  • Sounds like this siren is located near a school playground

  • Yes, it is. I wonder if that is why it doesn't rotate. It would be extremely loud when it would be pointing at the school. That being the case, I wouldn't think they would have placed it so close to the school. *shrugs*

  • hmmm there's a Thunderbeam within 75 feet of a Middle School in my town

  • They should put a 2001 rotator in there. Tbolts and 2001s use the same rotator, and it would be cheaper than to just replace the whole siren.

  • or just get a new belt motor or gearbox!

id never soil an endangered thunderbolt siren with parts from its killer >:O

  • Let's hope!

  • no they atually dont otherwise they would still make the thunderbolts

  • You're right, actually. Only the older 2001s used thunderbolt rotators.

  • @KOMPgirlRyan There's a siren ON TOP of my school.

  • Just what I needed to see. A TBolt 1003 with a broken rotator. I've seen lots of other videos of thunderbolts with broken rotators and I have seen one myself. Is this the reason they stopped making them?

  • Cool video!

  • She's got a bow-tie - ever hear the different alert modes? hi-lo signal?

  • Yes, I have heard the different alert modes. This one was just steady alert" Personally, I like High-Low"

  • I love the way how Thunderbolt 1003s sound like that. Nice video.

  • sweet

  • Great video! It's pretty sad that the rotator is broken. Hopefully it gets fixed.

  • I plan on reporting the broken rotator to the city. It is important that they know so it can be fixed.

  • Good thinking.
