i had this phone did it come with a usb cord if it did plug it up to your computer and go to windows media player and you can download music from limewire then sync yhur phone to it and drag music onto it and press sync and it should work

uh get a sd card

then a sd card adapter

u put the sd card in the adapter

and transfer the files onto the sd card

then put the sd card in ur phone and voila u have music on it

sorry thts the only way i know of i go through phones quick so i remember tht instead of wasting money on software and crap

I love my W350, but if someone considers buying this i recommend getting a case it's a bit fragile but very functional and useful for its price. Had mine since Jan '09 and scratch free cuz of case.

I love the style of this phone, the way it has the mini-flip thing under the screen. I can't find that anywhere else but everyone keeps saying it's low-end. Is there any other phone with that mini-flip that's maybe more recent and better quality? All in all I just want a decent phone, nothing flashy, but I have the LG Rumor currently and have had problems with Sprint and I saw the Lotus and wanted that but it's Sprint only so I don't want another disappointment. w580i is MUCH better than w350i. w580i is louder than w350i and its quad band phone and w350i is a tri-band.. w350i is shit. it does no video recoding. i have it in black. w580i has a better camera . W350I DOES NO VIDEO RECORDING!!

You can get it off bluetooth. Or you insert the Cd you get with your phone and download Media Manager. Then download a MP3 song from limewire or any other music software. Use the MP3 USB cable to connect to the USB holder.

And you get earphones with the phone.
