I dont know if they ever did this when you went but someone will show up late and they will make a big deal about but what they do is if you have a certain ticket they ask you if you would like to participate in the show. They then have you sit in a special part of the theater and someone comes and gets you when it is time to do that part of the show. I assume its basicly the same thing with the free bird part. But obviously without the different part of the theater part.
