doesnt the 50mm 1.4 have VR..trying holding it another way...but nice vid 50mm lense is nice..check out the 35mm 1.8 af-s

A steadycam would do the trick tho.... or just a mono or tripod, which I didnt have atm.

@severineuum dude you dont know what high contrast looks like! your confusing high dynamic range which all nikon camera have with high contrast. The D300s is an awesome camera when used properly and is also great in post for color correction.

Nice demo. I love my D300S. FYI, the camera has a "quiet" mode - not a "quite" mode. The words are actually quite different.
