How come your sleeping draught potion is only worth 5 points? Mine is worth 11 house points.

@RockDoLL18 There's a new scoring system ;)

At the beginning you got 5 points for every potion. Now it's like that:

11 Points: Sleeping Draught

9 Points: Wideye or Awakening Potion, Forgetfulness Potion, Herbicide

7 Points: Antidote to Common Poisons

3 Points: Cure for Boils

@Originalxrimi i think you're supposed to only add like 1 lot of standard ingredient, just add some to the mortar, check the book, if the book has crossed it out that means you've added enough even though it's not the amount in the ingredients. i think this is a 'half blood prince' kinda thing where snape made better potions doing his own thing. hope that helped :) and if you're not in ravenclaw, then damn you, you've just tricked me out of house points... grr...

Don't follow these instructions! You cannot add the ingredients unless the rules tell you to do so!  They may have allowed it before, but not now! Follow the instructions!

Actually you can add the ingredients and stir while it is at heat during the second phase of making it. I tried it after watching this and it worked.
