Great job, its better without the song. Most people who do covers put the song up so loud that you cant properly hear the performer. Its cheating, it makes it more difficult or impossible to hear the mistakes and judge how good the cover actually is.

In all honesty, I've heard the song tons of times, and the way you placed double bass bursts are off-time to the song. They become incesant if they have too great a duration like they do in your cover. Sorry.
