take your ur usb be out, then whole your your power button for 3sec an after wholin it for 3 sec keep whole it an press the home button at the same time for 10 sec an it will come bak on trust me had the same problem at one point.
naaa, dude all you have to do is when it says "waiting for reeboot" simply unplug the cable leading to your ipod or iphone and then plug it back in ! works for me !

--->>>I FOUND THE SOLUTION TO THIS: oKAY, so.. when you're stuck here..
1.unplug your usb from iphone
2. hold down the home button and connect the usb (hold for an additional 1 sec)
3. everything is working now.
=)

Hi maangee -- did you try doing the jailbreak on a different computer? That's what fixed it for me.
