What a waste of time in finding "Water" in Mars. 50 years nearly, we are still not able to find a proper extra-terrestrial life or able to clearly prove there is some life that could be a threat to mankind (Even though there are some few rumours and minor proofs about aliens, UFOs). US has less money even than Apple and don't know how they can afford huge financial investment on something we will not able to find.

I have never ever seen anything close to a proof, nowadays everyone has cameras in their pockets and yet there is no not a single video of UFO, time to time fake videos emerge, like famous Jerusalem case etc, but all of that gets prooven to be fake in a few hours...
