I've never played the Genesis version, but the audio is horrible compared to the SNES port. But then again, that's pretty much true for most games that were ported on both consoles.

On this version the fish on Blankas stage looks bigger than the SNES version so this one is better.You can always tell if one game is better than the other by the fish.Better fish= better game,Street Fighter 2 on the SNES has a weak fish.
