I remember watching Mt. Sac Cross Country Invitational in 1999. Josh Spiker ran the Invitational Race and won it in 14:44 geeezzz it was crowded just to see Spiker. Unfortunately, he got injured on the CIF Prelims... He would have run a really fast time maybe broke the 14:32 record at that date... (Of course Ryan Hall broke the course record in my senior year and then Mercado in 2005)

Lol yes! Whoever posted this video, please do not take it down! I'm the black dude from Penn State and that was the sickest race I ever ran in. I dont even have a tape of it, it sucks.
