Extrapolate that and you can see that if you have a mediocre 60lbs of lean muscle mass (hint: most people have more if they aren't petite) then you need to eat 3000kcal a day? If you mean using the muscle then fine, but if talking about standby power then that claim is false. Congrats on preaching the weight training. I've been telling this to my mum - If she's 2/3 as strong as me why is she only lifting 1/3 of the weight I am?
