  • the deer frolic begins at 1:13 and ends 2:01. The Bear then begins at 2:09

  • nice video! can someon tell me when the "deer" frlic ends and when the "bear" frolic begins?

  • This is the PRC Standardization of Hua Tuo's Five Animal frolics. Though nothing specific and varifiable is known concerning the exact traditional practices, this is off track from what main qigong scholars have theorized or attempted to reconstruct from Master Hua's writings. What you see here was being widely promoted a few years back, even published in western TJQ and GF magazines.

  • This form is very different from the "walking" forms I am familiar with, but it looks very nice. The "group" effect makes for a nice video - you can see how synchronized group performance would make it even better. Could someone please specify the lineage/teachers and the DVD with this version on it? I'd love to learn more about it!

  • I love this form! I have the English DVD from China. It's great for those with restricted space to practice! Thanks so much for posting this!

  • Finally someone posts well hello
