This seems to be a monumental if notimpossible test because atmospheric transport is no longer simply a function of natural processes...inadvertent man made interference is difficult enough to compensate for but technology and military usurpation of it have now turned these processes into a weapon in and of themselves. How can you model atmospheric transport when the atmosphere is so intentionally manipulated?
