This episode was evidence of that when they told Rob and Kelly to go to the later time (thought they were foolish for not checking themselves).

Why do old people come on this show saying they're just as strong and fast and tough as the younger contestants? They look and sound so foolish. I'm an older person and while I am in terrific physical condition, and look much younger and Still have a young adult attitude ... I also am not as fast as I was 20 years ago nor as strong I would love to travel the world on someone else's dime mote than anyone but I would not make a fool of myself competing in a race with people more than half my age.
