Tenkaichi, gh3, and re4 are all multiplatform games. Brawl isn't out yet, and SSB is a party game, so there goes a real singl eplayer game off your list. In a review for Umbrella chronicles, they said that longevity is an issue, so that can't stay for lasting appeal. Smooth Moves is just a bunch of mini-games, which tend to be boring after a week. the only good exclusive games are metroid and mario. what do you know, first party games. goes to show a lot for this console.

I don't see how you're supporting your argument. Those game maybe on other consoles also, but theyre still good games whose interactivity is extended by Wii's unique interface. And not all consumers are the same, the Wii appeals to those who desire to enjoy something completely new, instead of just having improved graphics. On a side note, Wii Sports is a really fun game, multiplayer and single; and it comes with the console.

agree with u mate! I'd say removing some of Mario's moves was a HUGE mistake, especially when taking away the long jump and backflip! That really made the game dissappointing! Also, the fact that there were ONLY SEVEN LEVELS WTIH ONLY A COUPLE OF EXTRA SPRITES (In this case SHINE SPRITES) from the original 64 Mario game really made the game look small!

I think you're missing somthing. Mario is and has a platforming star (minus the occasional RPG or sporting port). An example of adventure is LoZelda not mario.

I don't have a particular preference to any next-gen console but I have to say PS3 is the most pathetic of the three. (I've played all three.) There's just no room for PS3. As Wii and 360 give a unique gaming experience from eachother.

you're excited over 480 progressive scan lol. We're at HD now. Even nintendo has admitted that they need to upgrade their graphics. They are already 2 generations behind in graphics technology. Xbox and ps3 are 1 gen behind already, the PC being on top. Games like crysis wont even run on ANY console available because they simply lack the processing power of a dual graphics card, dual core gaming pc.

i'm surprised any game on those consoles can run at half the framerate of usual wii games.
