Their first two albums were a really interesting way to update old-school style rap in the late 90's/2000, adding new sampling capabilities and such. Both of these albums are full of killer lyrics and ferocious flow that just shows you how talented these guys are. Elephunk was mainstream but was still maintained just a tad of personality. The next album was where it went downhill, and it went downhill really fast...
