I remember when I first saw the trailer for this at E3 2009, just when everything in Nintendo's press conference was depressing. I immediately cheered and shouted throughout the whole thing. No other video game made me feel this way, and I don't think there will be another game that could make me feel that way again.

Unless they plan to make a Super Mario Galaxy 3...

First time I reached the credits, I'll admit, I teared up a little bit just from hearing the beginning of this song. Not being much of a gamer when I was really young, this was the first game I ever finished where I'd gotten such a strong feeling of having played something genuinely worth every penny I spent on it. Definitely one of my favourite games of all time and the music only made it so, so much better <3

The oboe parts are just to die for, especially from 2:25 - 2:39, i melt everytime when the bassoon comes in with the oboe. If not for this orchestra, the game wouldn't be as epic as it is

Music... the absolute GREATEST thing to ever exist in my opinion.

I was dripping tears the first time I heard this. It gave me the same emotions as when I first beat Super Mario 64. I never knew how important SM64 was back then. This game wouldn't exist if it weren't for it :) Happy 15th SM64
