Christians are only persecuted in Pakistan as of late. My parents were raised in Pakistan - they still acquaint themselves with a lot of Christian friends that they grew up with. The inflammation of tensions lately has been causing problems for them - nothing else.

Please, Muslims are a ~14% minority in Nigeria, they're not causing problems as a whole, but rather only small terrorist groups.
