you could spend how ever much there charging at yor local store or you can pay nothing and brown the flower out of your own cabinet,there are so many baby products that cost so much it's like they think parents have all this extra money...go natural it only takes 5 min to brown and another 5 to cool down,save the leftovers in a ziploc.....my children's specialist was so impressed with this native american remedy that she suggest it to all of her patients.
@MegaDamarys aloe vera is only to be used on non inflamed skin...no abrasions,you have the rite idea it IS soothing but you aren't supposed to use it on ur genitals or around your eyes nostrils or mouth...and despite what you may read it is poisonous and should not be ingested.

nooooooooo it will burn your babys butt, if you want to use something natural use aloe vera plant cut it open and aply it in the affected area.
