The man came to our school yesterday and talked to our distance team yesterday which was pretty cool,

Matt Withrow was the best runner I have ever seen. I saw him run quite often. He is a legend to our team and probably anybody who saw him run. He would finish like 2 min before anyone else and that would be at big invitationals. I saw him run state his Jr. year, I heard he had stress fractures in both of his shins and they injected him with pain killers or something....anyway he is the best high school cross country runner ever!!!!!
