nice try! looks like your gym is cool with lifting barefoot. they don't have a rule against it or do they make exceptions. I'm just wondering because I would love to go barefoot in my gym but they have a rule against it.
Love the barefoot! However, you wil be able to squat more using soem raised heel Olympic shoes and if possible a clean grip. If you cant do the clean grip then use straps so atleast the wlbow positioning is similar to the clean grip, the clean grip will activate your upper back letting you keep alot tighter. Leg strength was easily there. Nice work.

how much do you deadlift? it looks like the hips-forward motion was where you hit the wall.

was getting 230 kg after doing legs on the deadlifts.
I have since done the 140kg for a couple - it was just the weight of the bar on the clavicles that was beating me there
my hips went forward as i knew i was going to drop it
