They are like book nazi's. You want to be greeted by some of the most fake people ever go with follett. I met one of their regional managers once and he was like a used car salesman. All smiles and bs. They hired a bunch of people temp and then just let them go without a days notice after they were done using them. So much for helping the community they even let a pregnant woman go simply because she had a "condition". That's follett values
