And why do you think Mercedes, BMW, Ferrari and all other European companies never ever get to the point of best reliability rating or customer services? Lexus is only 19 years old and it already has gained the popularity of the most reliable brand and the best selling brand in the US for years already.
Would anyone buy BMW or Merc if they were cheap? Do you know why they are expensive? Because of HERITAGE, not because they are better than Lexus.
