@Emillister I'd rather have San Andreas, but if they do Vice City, then they need to ditch the realism and aim for fun this time. GTA IV was way too realistic..They sacrificed fun for realism.

@Emillister What about VCS? They made 2 games in VC. 7 in LC. But what about SA? They made 1. Not 2. Not 7. 1 game in SA. They need to make a SAS. (SA Stories). But in 1986. Playing as some minor character in VC and SA. Maybe just a ped. Then build up on that. See a story develop and run into people from SA and one mission in VC where you see Tommy. Just my opinion. VC is one of my favorite places though.

when rockstar was making gta 4 they were thinking more of graphics than gameplay, but with episodes from liberty city it is a bit more amusing but i think that vice city is the best so far

how do you find the secret helicopters?

you first beat the game, after that you go to the police dept and pick up a police uniform. After that get into a helicopter (find one at top of your house) then fly the helicopter to the military base and land, but remember not to shoot anymore because they will fire back. then you will see the military helicopter with missles and machine guns.

i just don't understand why the grand theft auto series didn't keep up with the great audio tracks like it did it vice city. Sand andreas had some good music but the latest grand theft auto 4 is just terrible. they could use classic rock or hip hop if getting the rights to the modern music is the problem.

I prefer Vice City to San Andreas. I dig the music more, I dig the environment more. I just wish it had the SA improvements like bikes, customizable appearance, minigames, etc.
