though i think i might be alone in this, i might actually prefer this to "if i'm honest." this song is just so haunting. the part that gets me most is "oh, but no one ever held me like you did, like everything depended on it. no one ever kissed me like the sun was on my lips." literally painful. she knows how to express such immense feelings so simply.
