A flash capacitor stores enough charge to give an electroshock, It will only last for a fraction of a sec since the capacitor discharges instantly, so unless you have heart problems or something, it won't kill you but get this right you can get electroshoked from direct current (DC)! it is dangerous too, people died from high voltage DC so keep safe
