In fact, Shearer won anyway, since he didn't react like a little kid in the way Keane did. Shearer stood, didn't move once, and didn't react. Never said Shearer was a good manager.

The reason he will never make it as a manager is very clear.....He is not smart enough!!! He does'nt know how to treat people never mind his players. As Alex Ferguson will tell you it's all about the psychology and getting the players to perform to there very best. Players don't perform for you when your angry at them all the time.
