@TheChiefLibrairian - They've got their own army book, although it hasn't been renewed for quite a few editions by now, i'm afraid. I suppose you could perhaps find one on e-bay, though.

i made my one xacto knife by getting an old pencil, taking the lead out of the pencil so that you still have a point in the end of the pencil, then i got a razor blade from an old pencil sharpener the i finally secured the razor blade at the front of the pencil with green stuff or green putty

Instead of using a utility knife you should get a GW vice and saw. Yes it might cost some money but it works really well and is a lot safer.

They were a few years back but GW discontinued them due to low sales. While they don't have an actual army book they have a rules set in a book called ravening hordes which is still sponsored by GW for use in Warhammer fantasy.
