If you guys see the final battle with these cars the GT2 wins, GTR in 2nd, and LFA in 3rd, the ZR1 and the Ferrari get smoked. Yet if you look at the time attack times the ZR1 should have been at least with the lead group. I love BM but I have always thought they hold back with American Cars.
@PAC3HTK That´s absolutetly wrong, the best time attack lap was from the GT2 RS yet it finished 2nd in the final race, behind the GT-R, and the Ferrari, wich is completly outdated, the 458 should have been there, finished last behind the ZR-1 even though it had faster lap times, they do tend to benefit Japanese cars, but they don´t hold back American cars more than European ones.
Seiji Ara is a HACK. What a tool! He leaves his foot in it as he shifts! If I owned that car and saw the onboard, I'd drag him out of it and beat him senseless with his own stupid looking helmet.
ZR1 is a cool car and thats it! you buy it because you like it, not because is the fastest. GTR and LFA are great engeneering machines and it proves on the track. The difference is that the GTR is more of a enthusiast car, while the LFA is more of a supercar for people with money and no balls to push it, and thats a shame.
It's not just the US complaining about Corvette seats =) But the C6 Vette really has changed a lot of people's view on American cars - I certainly don't mind a Z06 myself + a pair of recaro seats.
if you compare the GTR to the LFA, you'll notice the highspeed section the LFA was 135 kph compared to gtr 124 kph. but the GTR made up for the low speed section. torque and gearing of the GTR had the advantage vs LFA's long gearing and high rev engine.
@shoeish may be not the single best car compared on a performance per dollar basis, but it's still a performer that runs with the best of them and it's made by one the best car manufacturers. if i had the ability to afford one, i would buy it, regardless of price.
damn that corvette shifter looks tough to put in gear.

Seiji Ara, a grand champion driver of 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2004 with his Audi R8, and also a grand winner of 1000 km of Le Mans in 2003.
He made a quickest lap with the GT2RS in the time attack, and also ended the 2nd position after starting from the very last position.
And still many youtube worriers complain like "I could drive better than this Hack Ara", yeah right.
Unless you are professional drivers, just SHUT UR MOUTH OFF and enjoy this illegally posted BM video!
