We are renovating a structure that has no historical or architectural significance because of the damages and additions suffered over the years. It is not cost effective to replace, repair and reinforce the existing structure. Accordingly, this process is flawed since inception and this flaw may be so significant as to render the Casino renovation uneconomical. This may be marginally acceptable in better financial times, but it is out of the question in our dire financial straits.

No clue of the environmental impact of restaurants like John G's? Or the subsidy provided in the form of cheap rent? How did she decide to cover a collapsing LW?
