I want to ask a simple question for you all who replied to my comments. Why do people have to present negative criticism? It is simple really, maybe somehow the receiver can make adjustments and better themselves.
But it doesn't mean that Filipinos are less talented than Americans.. Bloodrayne126, If you don't like Filipinos copying American style, then don't watch this video, that simple.
I agree with you repapips2004.. Filipinos should establish their talent first. If ever they would sing or dance their original composition, it would be difficult for them to be recognized in other countries because other cultures may not be familiar with their masterpiece. Even if they copied their dance steps, I believe that these kids can make it, they have a bright future ahead of them.. We cannot deny the fact that we Filipinos idolize Western culture, thus, we tend to copy them.

Dance is universal, as long as they did not copy the whole choreography, I think there's nothing wrong with that. Filipinos are not only the ones copying dance moves, everybody does it. The black Americans started hip hop, then why are there so many white Americans singing and dancing hip hop too? Does that mean that they are not copycats?

That's what I'm trying to make a point, originality. Look at the judges on this show, have no clue whatsoever on how to judge. Internalize criticism and get better. Filipinos, we are known as copycats but with real talent. My purpose of what I have said here is maybe somehow, put a lil change or people start thinking of originality. @ bloodrayne126.. They may have copied the style of the dance but the choreography is original. Dance is universal, as long as they did not copy the whole choreography, I think there's nothing wrong with that. Filipinos are not only the ones copying dance moves, everybody does it. The black Americans started hip hop, then why are there so many white Americans singing and dancing hip hop too? Does that mean that they are not copycats?

But, have you heard Eminimem singing the same lyrics or style of music as JayZ? that applies to dancing as well! look at crews on ABDC, different backgrounds and race, but they dont have the same choreography. i dont expect you to understand my point.

That's what I'm trying to make a point, originality. Look at the judges on this show, have no clue whatsoever on how to judge. Internalize criticism and get better. Like you said, maybe just maybe there will be a time that they will have their own choreography. I'm tired of how "we" Filipinos known of being copycats. Again, look at the show and it's origin. And yeah did I mention, get new judges!

I would like to comment on what bloodrayne said. Sir if ever these kids will make out of the country, i guess if that time would come they will have their own choreography and concepts, Just as u said Filipinos are "Talented" and we are not only Talented, We also think and move forward to our chosen careers. Remember Talent + Character + Faith in God = Success.
Never think that a group of talented young kids like these wont jump up to a higher level.

Filipinos, we are known as copycats but with real talent. My purpose of what I have said here is maybe somehow, put a lil change or people start thinking of originality. I'm not here to piss off somebody or get into debate. For the record, if you think of jealousy, not at all. In the line of dancing, I have been there and done it. I'm old now and doing something else. I just hate it when you see a flip or group of flips who have talent but no originality at all.

@bloodrayne sir. kung may kinopya sila ibang pyesa or sabhin nating steps or choreography its not point if ever lang kinopya nila ung buong sayaw. The point is how they move, how they dance, how they project and the "angas factor" na meron sila kahit bata pa sila, and the fact that they are still young malayo mararating nila.

well napanuod ko na ang mga vids na sinasabi mo. pero saan don ang ginaya nila. ang issue natin dito is nanggagaya sila... you are keep on responding on me dahil totoo ang sinasabi ko na naiinis ka kasi hanggang jan lang kayo.. and sinasabi mo na hindi ka galing doon sa sinasabi ko and you are not a member of any dance group.. well tama ako hanggang jan ka lang nga.. i wrote my comment in tagalog para mabasa ng lahat nga mga pinoy...yup you are not doing any sense.. I'm not from the slump! The problem is you don't have the chance to really see what is current and only relying on what you have. So, if you are asking where they have acquired the choreography, look at ABDC. in case you don't know what that is, it is where the elite dancers compete. Educate yourself son!

This group has the talent, they got the moves! no doubt about that, but you cannot really appreciate it since the choreography was COPIED or derived from other groups. Lets be real! Look at who they got the choreography from, the reason why they made it is because they have the originality. And one more thing, I beg that network to change their judges!
