Watch the snake's lower jaw. The lower jaw of a snake is 2 pieces joined by a tendon. The 2 sides of the lower jaw work separately to 'walk' the food in when the snake eats. In the video, the lower jaw is not moving like this.

Finally, check 2:09 and see how loose the neck skin of the snake is. It wouldn't look like that if the snake was just preparing to eat.
