Ah, memories! I never parted with my childhood copies, so I still have all these books. Love the Dell covers, and the interior illustrations by Louis Darling and Alan Tiegreen are wonderful. It's such a shame that the paperbacks currently in print have been re-illustrated.

Beverly Cleary is my favorite children's books author! If you haven't read her books, please get a hold of at least one; get some from here or run to the library. These classics are timeless and easy to read and understand. Reading outloud to the younger children make for a great family time!
