  • Like to see them try it with a Humvee.

  • Grand theft jeep?

  • siiiick

  • 3 minutes 4 seconds

  • Canadian army :D

  • Rigged, bolts, nuts not properly tightened. No true exhaust, no gas tank, no wires, no radiator fluid. Still was pretty interesting.

  • for what?

  • Thumbs up if you thought the word "beasts" in the description spelled "breasts".

  • ha-ha :) Awesome!

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome

  • obviously the jeep was prepped to be taken apart

  • such a well attuned team ! amazing... thanx for sharing , thumb up !

  • Hit a bump with that jeep and see what happens

  • fake

  • It's very impressive!

But a bit unrealistic for my car because it didn't seem to have that many parts and look how many hands involved.

It took me 4 min just to set it up on the jack stand.

  • เก่งๆ

  • fake and gay

  • HIGH-FIVE if anyone noticed the Arab in the back taking notes? MID-FIVE if you think chuck Norris probably had something to do with this. And LOW-FIVE if you got this far into my comment.

  • i want 1 for my dad lol

  • not fake easy when everything loose and new less threds on screws and old army jeeps basic can be gas tank was under seats

  • FAKE!!!......as in some kind of stage magic illusion.

  • my email is mofoman321@live.com

  • can u send me the origanal video? its for a presentation.

  • Wrong word used here. The correct word is REASSEMBLE.

  • Comment removed

  • Amazing! it takes me at least 20 minutes to do something like this!

  • Where is the fuel tank

    Where is the engine cooling

  • @x500600700x I'm assuming the gas tank is in the body portion and was disconnected when the dude reached under the hood towards the firewall with his left hand. then with his right hand he disconnects the upper and lower radiator hoses. The radiator is removed (0:33) and is clearly visible on the ground by the hood throughout the video, and is the last item added (3:20) before the hood goes back on.

  • 84 people are Russian spies

  • @dsotera1 how is the title misleading?

  • @modmatarael they're not rebuilding anything, they are reassembling.

  • Awesone 83 ppl are idiots

  • title is misleading

  • yes sir that was done in a jiffy! :)

  • To hell with the Honda Civic, I'm gonna buy a Jeep !!!

  • do you think they'll put my Jeep together for me?? lol

  • hihi wie geil hab 3 brüste

  • check out jeepforum com

  • @mfree222. Not one cent of tax payers money. All done through donated time, money and love.

  • I'm glad all the "real mechanics" here are able to figure out this was pre-disassembled...Lawlsy.

  • Nice to see our taxpayer dollars are well spent on the military.

  • good car thieves

  • and i bet u would need 60 well trained men to do this to a 2012 cherokiee in 20min

  • @motorguro the cherokee was discontinued in 2001...

  • @motorguro 1990, maybe! after 1998 with the electronics it all went to hell. lol

  • Jesus man - thats nuts.

  • That was fantastic! I love my Jeep aswell.

  • whats that shit hanging in the loose under the car when it comes driving into there?

  • @opticuss looks like an exhaust system

  • Im impressed! Rigged or not, i can imagine being able to assemble a jeep quickly could be useful on the battlefield in case of emergencies. Just my thoughts.

  • You guys know that this is BS right`? There was no water in the cooler and almost all of the screws were already loose or removed.

Normally it takes at least a couple of minutes just to remove and reinstall the hood again so it closes properly.

  • @KeskinTRS You're an idiot. the willys army jeep was designed to be assembled in about 90 seconds. the bolts were built to be screwed and unscrewed quickly in order to do maintenance on the truck while on the battle field. I should know. my grandad built these during the war, and i own one.

  • @TheGallardoman "the bolts were built to be screwed and unscrewed quickly" How so? I've worked on many cars and most bolts seem to be designed to be tightened/loosened, that's it. I've never seen a bolt designed to be undone quickly? Do they have a larger thread pitch?

  • @mikester1290 Yes actually, they are built that way

  • Wow

    Can't say anything

  • if it takes them under 4 min to rebuild a jeep then why the hell it takes 1 hour to get an oil change

  • @12coconutman because you are going to the wrong place. Jiffy Lube's promise 15 minutes and they deliver at 95% of the time. I thought you wanted to know!

  • @12coconutman you can do it in about 15 min by yourself, and im 15 , plus no labour cost:D

  • Comment removed

  • @12coconutman

1 hour. You have to wait 1 hour to have someone do it right and stand behind there work, and you cant wait 1 hour to allow them that. you should just drain all your oil out then drive your car, thats even quicker plus cheaper. if you stop and think what all happens from the point your car leaves the parking space to the time it returns, the fact that they can do it under an hour is alarming. There are many CRITICAL steps involved in changing oil and should not be underestimated.

  • @msfoxync changing oil is not that hard lol there is like 4 steps

  • I guess they didn't have bolts or engine coolant?

  • Faster than a red light

  • well, they also dont encounter the "take apart and rebuild problems of a normal car, my car is semi small and id love to see em try it.

  • That was Incredible!!I lovethe Jeep

  • I'd be a bit worried driving that given the engine is not properly bolted to the chassis :P

  • Rigged.

  • squirrelTC, Your description is very disrespecful. If you're not willing to fight in the military then stay the hell out. That's even worse than someone refusing to fight, claiming "they only signed up for the college money."

  • That's BS

  • Reading the comments I realise what a bunch of KAFKAS infest youtube.

It is a stunt to entertain.. nothing more..

Of course it is not road worthy.. and anyone who thinks the participants are in danger are really rather pathetic tree hugging knobs of the first order

Thatnk you for posting the vid, I enjoyed it for what it showed..

  • Pre-disassembled. Unfit for the road and souldn't have been riding in it.

Funny how the Canadian Military endangers itself when not even deployed. Way to go CF....

    Fucking joke forces.

  • thats obviously pre disassembled, go over a few bumps and holes and that would fall apart

  • Where is the gas tank? and the brake lines

  • @wazzo80 Thumbs if you hate haters!

  • How did they keep coolant from spilling everywhere when they removed and replaced the radiator?

  • Muy entretenido. Parece un CJ5 o M38A1.

    When Jeeps were tough tools.

  • That is the biggest snap on model I have ever seen.

  • Dear squirreITC your video is excellent.

I am LEAN champion and I would like to have a copy of it to use as example in my classes

if you agree my email is nigarcia@yahoo.com

    regards

    NG

  • Canadian army!!

  • Simplistic machine. Did they disassemble the ignition and all the electronics? No. It's 5 components...lift unscrew and done. They have been trained to be machines. We like them that way...YES!

  • I would like to see them do this with a HUMVEE!

  • thumbs up if you are watching this in 2011

  • @GoCubsGo2012 thumbs up if you hate people posting crap in order to get thumbs up

  • Ve-ry Kool!

  • Red Bull Pit Team: Rebuild a Jeep under 4 seconds.

  • That IS soooo cool

  • Sad thing is, it takes them hours to put together a model car...

  • Traveling with this at 60 MPH

  • Hardly a "real" functional jeep but interesting nonetheless. This is more of a lego car than anything.

  • Retarded!

  • these are the type of people need on the assemble line.

robots ant got nothing on them!!!!

  • Looks to me like that was done in a jiffy.

  • imagine if you crashed

  • Prop, hell. That was a functional car, and the Army rocks.

  • Teamwork!!!

  • Amusing, though a bit pointless with it being a prop. Still fun to watch though.

  • obviusly, they didnt secured the exterior body and the hood of the jeep very well

  • Chuck Norris was ashamed when he saw this.

  • @everybodyisdrunk

so he did in 3:59.9 mins second using his bread to take it apart. his fist law and order are used to record the time it take to do that.

  • Canadians are the best. EME ARE THE BEST

  • That was pretty cool. Those jeeps were made to be fixed with duct tape and simple things. To bad we've sacrificed practicality.

  • The Canadian military can now work at GM.

  • It's useful in the field because if something breaks you can get to it really easily to fix it.

  • This is cool but unless they can take a jeep apart and turn it into a cannon its kind of field useless. Like those Marines who twirl their rifles at parades. Sure it looks cool but its useless. How many times has a Marine twirled a rifle and terrorists stopped and said OMG theyre twirling rifles RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!! Again this is cool but useless.

  • Where's the coolant, the antifreeze?

  • @JrosedaleS They were driving it so little, that they probably didn't worry about it overheating.

everything was done for quick dis/reassembly

  • I never seen a fuel line, any wires, brake lines or anthing eles being disconnected, or unbolted, not saying the guys are fakes or anything, but i would have to say thats not a standard jeep, im guessing it was set up just for that purpose

  • @MrDstrahle these were desiged to be able to do this in the field, everything goes back together simple as, also to the guy above you you can one guy place the radiator in at the end and reattach the hose with his hand, its very clever engineering for the day,

  • Thats awesome!

  • It was a show and these guys are a well oiled team. Yes there was training and tons of practice, however, the real idea here is to show the design simplicity engineered into this war machine. It was crucial that soldiers be able to replace damaged parts quickly to get mobile again when in combat. In WWII combat support wasn't what it is today.

  • @speedmouse100 oh come on, not another " thing were better in the old days..."

  • @speedmouse100

Only thing is the Jeep in the video is an Willys M38A1, made in the 50's, used in Vietnam

  • I worked at my bicycle the other day and only to remove the pedals arms I needed a special press tool. How those guys were able to remove both drive shafts with empty hand?

  • @H00zyodaddy Because your bicycle isnt the same thing as a WW2 Jeep...

  • teamwork, yay....LMFAO

  • is it just me or is that a couple of Eagle, Globe, and Anchors...

  • Just out of curiosity, did anyone happen to see a fuel line be disconnected? I never saw it leak.

  • @Bizzhatesme yeah. thats the first thing they did.

  • so many retarded comments on here.... well obviously the jeep was already made for assembly/ dissemble

  • It is fake, this is not a real jeep and more like a puzzle car! Only for show!

  • @H00zyodaddy dont look fake to me lol they did drive it in there

  • @H00zyodaddy no

just because you don't know how to do something, doesn't mean nobody knows how to.

and these guys are trained to do this kind of stuff

  • NOT hatin... but that jeep was a WAY simpler design than any other vehicle in the world was. not to mention how the drive shaft just pulled off with no tools.

VERY cool to see though. TU

  • @ExtensionChord Not hating at all. I said it was a cool exhibition. Just commenting on how it was possible.

  • I've got doubts when the majority of time is spent on the EASY task of removing the wheels.

  • fast and all, but nearly all the bolts holding it together are already loosened and/or not even present. the guy takes the steering column out without using a wrench. the exhaust is hanging loose, no bolts holding down the body.

  • @ech0mirage

it doesent use bolts for the most part, it was a concept the CF had way back when, the entire vehicle was built on pins. we once dissasembled it and reassembled it in our Sgt's office. it was awesome, took us about 20min tho cause were not as fast as these guys

  • Don't mess with the poms or your cars fucked....

  • Comment removed

  • although I hate jeeps...with a passion, I have to admit thats pretty crazy. I doubt that you could do that with any other vehicle.

  • a napoli sono decisamente più veloci :)

  • Ûhm_áÑYønÊ_wÁñnä_chât_with_mè_í_fËÊl_sO_lóÑÊly_tÕDÃY♀

  • This is how all vehicles should be designed.

  • 0:36 why did the guy by the left wheel have to go to the right wheel. when the guy by the seats could have gone to the right wheel instead?

  • Asians can do this in 10 minutes.

  • .....wonder if i can get them to do that with my cherokee.... >:P

  • Wait, why do we have an extra screw?

  • cooool

  • Very obvious that this jeep is mostly disassembled already. There are obviously no body mounts connected and drive shafts do not just pull away from the differential like that etc. A very cool exhibition though.

  • I've seen mexican carjackers do that in less than 2 minutes, and only 2 people.

  • @weezzle they would have done that by the time you used the restroom at the gas station. lol

  • @weezzle

ja ja ja esa estuvo buena ! Y muy cierta.

Good one, and true (in third world ).

  • Can't do THAT with a damn Hummer.

  • @deepfreezevideo cant do that to a tank

  • Looks about as efficient as a Southside Chicago strip shop moves at 3am.

  • Next, try it with a Lamborghini

  • When I need to rebuild my engine I'd like to go see these guys. Fortunately I only have 56,000 mi on mine. I'd love a lift, swampers and new gears but that's down the road

  • we dont just take the rims in this part of town..

  • eso no es nada, en la Buenos Aires desarman un Mazda C9 en 3 minutos...

  • Allright maggots! Field strip this jeep!

  • lets see them do that to some ikea furniture with out it breaking...

    then id be impressed

  • 66 people can disassemble a jeep in less than 2 minutes.

  • what do they do after the army? run a chop shop of course...

  • entensity

  • Well that was done in a jiffy!

  • entensity

  • entensity

  • go canada

  • when would u ever need to do this on the field..

  • @Vt3c maybe they have to cross a 6 ft deep river?

they could just carry it over their heads.

6 ft of snow? same deal

    6 ft rocks??

    MANY applications. use your head

  • where are the gastank and fuel lines???

  • @mustardpanckackes101 they used a small 2 gallon tank strapped to the side of the tranny, thats why no sending unit wiring to disconnect for the fuel gauge. also to whoever asked about the brakes, it was all mechanical braking(e-brake style) because of course the need to be fluidless

  • lemme ask ya boys. canna do that with a HUMMV?

  • wow yessir

  • @DChristianson56 this comment has so much WIN haha good one

  • ahh. so that's how General Motors make their cars..

  • 3:40 "THAT'S JUST CRAZY"

  • what a neat party trick.
