oh my goodness thank you for the over-compliment...we had barely just learned this...I just recorded it to remember so I frankly think we look chaotic. but thank you. If you're in the NYC/north NJ area there are African classes at Broadway Dance Center, Peridance, and other places that are great/intense workouts.
