Dude this makes a pretty good amount of sense but u have to remember that Ozzfest is also returning this year. According to rumors from Korn theyr gonna be on mayhem also but who really fuckin knows!! For sure Hatebreed is gonna be on some summer tour jasta sed so himself two months ago!

We'll Find out Janurary 20th tho! I read on the mayhem festival website that theyr gonna anounce the bands Jan 20th!!

Beneath the Sky is good. I havent heard of them before. i think theyre also too small.

The Autumn Offering- possibly. i their style and image definately would be what Mayhem targets.

Soulfly is also a possibility.

Sonata Arctica- it already had Dragonforce one year. I dont think theyd be right.

Tool just doesnt seem right. they seem like more of a rock band than Mayhem targets.

SOAD will probably be on Mayhem someday. but theyre on hiatus now.

Dimmu- possibly. thats kick ass. theyre making a new album so itd make sense.

Amon Amarth- possibly. itd be great but idk if theyd make it. just seem like a different image than Mayhem targets.

HCTK- they definately wont be on the bill. they are amazing, but not big enough.

BTBAM- idk. i also dont think theyre the right image.

Atreyu would definately fit for a mainstage band. idk if theyre big enough though.

AILD- possibly. Id say Jager or Main.

SOAD is a legend. And I realized I screwed up on the # of bands playing the Jager stage. If i had to drop any of them it would have to be either Atreyu or The Autumn Offering. And youve got to remember these songs dont sound like they should cause they're detuned. But, thanks for your consent.
