Thanks so much for this. I've been Diagnoised with Sarcoidiosis for about 2 years now. This disease snuck up on me and destroyed my kidneys to the point that now I'm on dialisys. I thought that was the worst it could get but this disease seems to be trying to attack other parts of my body. I'm sick and tired of being sic and tired. I agree with everything you've said though especially about the stress. Once in my life I was stress free...that was also the time before Sarcoidosis.

I am glad to see others out their like me! Well, it sucks to go through this but, I have been sick for almost 4 years, It started out at 2 years of going through tests with my physician, finally he gave up and sent me to an Endocrinologist after 1 week of testing I was diagnosed with Diabetes Insipidus but one thing came back which was my MRI scan that sent me to a Neurologist, and there it was where I was diagnosed with Neurosarcoidosis I have been glad to have a name for my downfall, Good Luck

WOW!!! What a blessing this was. I was diagnosed at one time, many years, ago. When I went back a few years, afterwards, my doctor said it was gone. For the pass 5 years or more, I have been feeling something like a large knot in my lung cavity area on the right side. When I raise my arms to stretch,unconsciously, I always feel a very painful tightening of what seems to be some type of knot. I have to bring my arms down very ,slowly. Have to live with that condition too, somtimes I feel so bad when some say I'm lazy - sleeping too much - and also the fact that many have no idea what sarcoidosis is, unlike MS wich is also a autoimune disorder. Hi I just happened upon your utube. I've been sick for three years. Open lung surgery on rt side to clean out tissue from a couple dozen pulmonary emb., remove over 3&1/2 liters, yes liters of fluid, and separate adhesions all across my lung. 2nd open lung surgery on left side turned into lung wedge resection to remove adhesions and a fist size growth on pericardia wall. Eye surgery to remove growth in upper lacrimal gland that had pushed my eye out of place. Lotssssss of drugs, year of chemo,

the best thing you can give your body is what God gave the earth for our communion. Up the annie on raw food intake...so your plate should ideally begin with 25 % raw foods for 3 months to ease in on the next level. Do this for say 60 days then go 50/50 that is 50 raw 50 % cooked and as you do this for the next 60 days try not to cook the food out of its benefits
