In 2008 Ski-doo introduced the XP which is the current model, the rev ran from 2003-2007. Your uncle should have waited another year so he could have got the more powerful, efficient, and reliable 800 Etec which is miles ahead of the 2007-2010 800R, unless he bought the 2010.5 mid season release short track...
