hey im trying to get this laptop but can some body help, im trying to decide if i should get vista home, or ultimate, and the diffrence between a 32-bit and 64-bitand the other is if i should get 6gb of ram or 8gb, like whats the difference
Well, if you have use for features like bitlocker, then Ultimate would be for you. If you are thinking of anything above 3gb of RAM, then 64-bit is the way to go; the 32-bit architecture utilizes only up to 3gb of RAM. Also, between 6gb or 8gb, if you want that extra boost 8 is good. If you're not a full on power user though, 6 is OK (I have 4gb in mine.)
