Oh, so it's a new fish arranging this. Thank goodness; if it was Wakai I would have been disappointed with the soundtrack overall.

This track, however, is one of the few Terui got right in my opinion.

@kyubihanyou Wakai is a great arranger but this track was by Koji Kondo. Kondo naturally doesn't arrange his tracks anymore
