Should women usurp the authority of men, let alone teach. This verse has always bothered me. It has nothing to do with sexism and everything to do with Gods Word! I believe it applies today as it did then!
1 Timothy 2:
[12] But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
[13] For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
[14] And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
The example of Priscilla and Aquilla does not justify a woman being the senior pastor of a church. They were teaching in an informal setting, and her husband was present.

Of course women can be teachers, they just can't be pastors or elders. READ THE BIBLE!!!
